Sliding doors as room dividers between living room and office

Sliding doors as room dividers between living room and office

Sliding doors as a room divider: The customer originally wanted wrought iron doors to separate the living room from the office. As this is an expensive solution, the choice eventually fell on sliding doors in the popular “New York style”, which is a more affordable solution that gives the same feeling.
The opening to be covered by sliding doors was approximately four meters wide and almost three meters high. The solution was four sliding doors on two tracks, customized to measure. Each door is about one meter wide, leaving an opening of about two meters when the doors are fully open. Read the customer’s feedback to us here: Good on service, communication and price!
Seller’s comment:
The customer visited Garderobemekka Lørenskog and received help in designing the solution. Particularly for this solution, the walls and floor were somewhat crooked. This was solved by creating a frame on the walls and ceiling to straighten out the unevenness before the doors were fitted. As the apartment was being renovated when the doors were ordered, we had a close dialog along the way to ensure that everything was arranged for the best possible result. Before the doors were manufactured, I visited the customer’s premises and took measurements.
Approx. price kr. 29,990 + installation (4 doors, width 4.80 m, height 2.55 m) ….. Sliding doors as room dividers in Oslo – delivered by Garderobemekka in November 2020.
