The Personal Data Act sets the formal framework for what personal information Garderobemekka AS can store and how we can manage these. This also applies to our online services. Garderobemekka AS complies with the rules in force at any time for updating reservations against the reservation register in Brønnøysund. If you have made a reservation in this register, we will not contact you, unless you have previously supported us and we consider this to be an active customer relationship.

Purpose of the treatment
Personal information is used by Garderobemekka AS to manage customer relationships, for invoicing, orders, order management, and in other contexts where Garderobemekka AS needs to know who we are in contact with.
Information that is processed
Garderobemekka AS collects and stores personal information through our online services, only to the extent that you have been notified and have approved this. We use names and e-mail addresses in connection with the distribution of our newsletters. Statistics
Garderobemekka AS uses the statistics tools Google Analytics to calculate user numbers and traffic on our websites so that we can develop and improve them by understanding how they are used. IP addresses are anonymized before they are sent to Google Analytics, so that they cannot link information to individual users. Google Analytics uses both cookies to collect traffic information in an anonymized form. The information says something about how visitors use the website, for example:

The traffic information is stored by Google Inc. IP addresses are stored in anonymized form and therefore cannot be traced back to you as a user.
