Clothes rails provide a good and easy overview of the clothes you have, are extremely space-saving and can also save you both time and extra ironing. We recommend thinking about multi-storey wardrobe rails when planning wardrobe fittings. It’s a good way to utilize the space and height.

Flexible shelves

When you’re decorating a wardrobe, you’ll quickly realize that there’s a lot to fit in there. Traditional shelving provides plenty of space for lots of clothes in the same place and is perfect for sweaters, trousers and knitwear. You can also take advantage of crooked corners with an open shelving solution, which is great for dividing with beautiful baskets or boxes.

Garderobemekka has two types of drawers; high quality wooden drawers and durable wire baskets that give you a quick overview of the contents. Always place wooden drawers at the bottom of the wardrobe for easy access. The wire baskets can be taken out completely and rearranged as you like, making them perfect for seasonal clothes. The wire baskets also provide extra ventilation and are great for storing exercise clothes, for example. Both wooden drawers and wire baskets can be pulled out completely, so you can easily access clothes and small items that may have ended up inside. The drawers can be supplied with soft-close, so you can just give them a little push and they close quietly by themselves.

An alternative to fixed fittings are the floor-mounted racks. These stand freely and do not need to be screwed to the wall. The racks are also available in a narrower version, smart for example in a hallway or small room.

No more wrinkled trousers

Avoid wrinkled trousers by hanging them neatly on a smart trouser hanger. Simply fold the trousers over the hanger and you’ll have plenty of room for 12 trousers side by side.
